Contribution to the Local Development Framework |

 The Deal Society has made a substantial contribution to the consultation about the Local Development Framework for the period 2010/2026.
The document, which is 6 pages, can be  downloaded from here 61.83 Kb.
The group who prepared the document had major reservations about the consultation documents, especially in relation to the physical and social infrastructure of the town. It is not clear that there is any long term strategy for the improvemenet of the town's infrastructure. The response argues that there must be an overall plan in order to sustain job creation and any further housing and commercial development.
