The Society organises a programme of events to enable people who love the town to meet each other and learn about the Society.
Some events are free to attend and open to everyone, for others online booking is available.
Here are the events planned for 2024, further details of each event will be posted nearer the time.

Summer Social
Saturday 13th July – 3:30pm to 5:30 pm Summer Garden Party with Afternoon Tea, Canapés and Fizz (wine and soft drinks also available), supplied by Ralph Cade, in the beautiful setting of Ralph and Robin’s garden.

Annual Meeting
Tuesday 9th April from 7:00pm Deal Town Hall Members of the society (that is, anyone on our mailing list) are invited to join the committee and fellow members for a drink from 7:00pm, followed by our annual meeting and then a short talk.

Spring Drinks Party
Friday 31st May – 6:30 to 8:30 pm The Wollaston family have kindly made their elegant house and garden available for us once more, with its superb views past Walmer Castle to the sea. The event includes canapés and wine which will be supplied by Ralph Cade.
